haybaji Terms and Conditions

This terms and conditions document forms a legally binding agreement between haybaji and any member or user of the platform. In this document, "we", "haybaji" or "platform" refers to the organisation that operates haybaji services. "Member", "you" or "user" refers to any person registered on haybaji.

haybaji is an online gaming and betting platform offering slots, live casino, sports betting and other gaming options. The platform operates entirely in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. By using the service, you are deemed to have accepted all terms in this document.

The minimum age to use any haybaji service is 21 (twenty-one) years. Anyone below this age is strictly prohibited from opening an account, placing bets or playing games. By registering an account, you automatically declare that you are 21 years of age or older.

haybaji may at any time request an identity document or other proof for age verification. An account may be temporarily suspended until satisfactory verification is completed. If an account belonging to a minor is identified, it will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be handled in accordance with the relevant guidelines.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, haybaji reserves the right to close all of them and the associated balances may be forfeited. Two members of the same household may operate separate accounts from the same device or network, but haybaji support must be informed in advance.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Providing accurate and complete information at the time of account opening is mandatory. Giving false or misleading information regarding name, date of birth, mobile number or payment details will be treated as a breach of these terms. If any information needs to be changed, a verified request must be submitted through the support team.

3.3 Email and Mobile Verification

After registration, verification of your mobile number or email via OTP or a verification link may be required. Some features may be restricted until verification is complete.

Keeping your username and password secure is entirely your own responsibility. Never share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and notify our support team.

haybaji will never ask for your password or OTP by email, SMS or phone. If you receive such a request, it may be a fraud attempt — do not respond and let us know. It is your responsibility to alert haybaji promptly if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, log out when your session ends.
• Changing your password regularly helps keep your account secure.

5.1 Accepted Methods

The currently accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals on haybaji are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800.

5.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In certain cases, identity verification may cause additional delays.

5.3 Ownership

Withdrawals are generally made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to a different method may require additional verification. Withdrawals to a third party's account are never permitted.

5.4 Transaction Verification

haybaji may request relevant documents to verify suspicious transactions. If a satisfactory response is not received, haybaji reserves the right to suspend or cancel the transaction.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: on a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,200 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,200 and a wager of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be completed before withdrawal.

6.2 Other Promotions

The weekly haybaji Reload Festival offers a 50% reload bonus up to ৳8,000, and the haybaji Slots Fun Bonus offers a 30% bonus up to ৳5,000. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and time limits.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit it.
• Bonuses may only be wagered on eligible games — which games qualify will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned after the wagering requirement has been met may be withdrawn.
• haybaji reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
• A bonus is never direct cash — it is an additional benefit for gaming purposes.

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

haybaji reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. A bet may be automatically cancelled due to a technical error, pricing mistake or any external reason. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.

7.2 Sports Betting

For sports bets, the announcement by a recognised sports authority is considered final for determining results. If a match is abandoned or does not take place, the related bet will be cancelled and the amount refunded. In a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled it will be counted at odds of 1.0.

7.3 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino games are operated in real time; if a connection is lost, haybaji will settle the game according to its result where applicable. Slot games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) — each spin is completely independent and does not depend on previous results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the haybaji platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — for example, deliberately depositing the minimum amount in order to claim bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate outcomes or syndicate betting.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts for betting or gaming.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or using abusive behaviour towards other members or staff.
• Conducting transactions with funds from illegal sources.

If any such activity is identified, the account will be immediately suspended and permanently closed if necessary. The associated balance and bonuses may be forfeited.

9.1 haybaji's Actions

For breach of terms, suspicious activity or other valid reasons, haybaji may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice. The balance may be placed on hold during an investigation.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account voluntarily at any time. To do so, notify the support team in writing. Withdraw any valid balance before closing the account. A Self-Exclusion option for a set period is also available as a responsible gaming measure.

haybaji is committed to providing uninterrupted service as far as possible, but service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance or unavoidable circumstances. haybaji is not liable for any direct financial loss suffered by a member as a result of such disruptions.

haybaji is also not responsible for issues with third-party game software or payment gateways, but will provide all reasonable assistance in resolving problems. haybaji's liability is always limited to the actual amount deposited in a specific transaction.
